Omg I love the hair I bought from Chiquel. It so soft and unique. The texture makes it look perfect and they deliver what you ask for, good customer service. I will surely go back for more.

Improve shipping time. Was told 4-7 days for shipping to Ohio and it was 11 days. Wig looks good although it has the wrong tag on it and the black netting was not secure around the whole wig but bundled at the bottom. Makes me have concerns this hasn’t been worn before.

Wrong color. The color is so much darker than the one I ordered, I don’t think I can wear it. I never had hair that dark,

They are very helpful did good with the three wigs I purchased so far . Prices seem good

I have ordered many many wigs from the site. I finally made the mistake and accidentally ordered a topper and thought it was a wig. Contacted customer service they took care of it immediately all I have to do is return it and I will get a store credit which works great for me. Customer service is fantastic in my opinion.

Literally the best crown/wig I've worn in more than 15 years of being a wig girlie. Chiquel was easy to purchase from, kept me updated on order processing, and delivered on time.

Return policy isn't as good as other online wig sellers. Free shipping was fairly slow. More wig reviews should be posted.
