I placed an order for a new wig I really needed for a special event that was available on line. A week later customer service said they really didn’t have them in stock and I would get it as soon as it came in. So much for my special event. I don’t have the money to get another one from a different store… so I guess I’ll wear an older wig or a hat. With my purchase came a free gift; a wig stand and conditioner. The packaged arrived with a brush and comb - not a wig stand. I don’t need a brush and comb- I needed a wig stand as offered online. Again I contacted customer service and was told it was up to their discretion to send a different free gift if they didn’t have a stand in stock. The picture on my online packing slip showed it had delivered a wig stand. I will NOT do business with them again. First & last time!

Purchased a in stock wig…a week later was told wig was out of stock 5 week back order. Chose another in stock Color was told shipping would be expedited as a courtesy since my "in stock" wig was sold out a weel later when they went to ship it…five days later told that my SECOND wig color choice was also on back order. OVER 2 weeks and no wig 2 color choices. Asked for refunded. Was only offered 5% discount if I waited five weeks for it to come in. Wig I ordered was NOT A PRE-ORDER....Second wig choice color NOT A PRE-ORDER!!!!!!!!!!! They were both marked in stock. Ordered from another company shipped next day. Will never order from here again. Terrible customer service

I bought a wig from chiquel recently and let me tell you it was nothing short of amazing. The wig felt and looked natural. I am DEFINETLY going to shop here again and I recommend you do so too!!!

I bought 2 wigs from Chiquel (which wete quite expensive, which I foolishly thought meant they would be good quality). They looked NOTHING like they were pictured and they refused to refund. Don't waste your money on a company that won't stand behind what it sells. With respect to Chiquel's reply, I did reach out to them (more than once) before posting my review and was told they would not refund. They have my contact info if they'd like to reach out to me directly.
