I shampooed the wig according to directions and I like that the synthetic fibers seem a little less shiny- more natural. The conditioning spray smells so nice. Delivery was on time.

I love Chiquel and the pieces I get. My only frustration is that I have a hard time navigating the site on my phone when browsing the Facebook sales. I wear toppers not wigs and I’d love a search that stays in the sale that only shows toppers.

The original color I wanted was on backorder, not only with Chiquel, but all online retailers. Chiquel reached out and asked if I'd like to try a different color within the same line and offered a few other options as well. They kept me up to date and let me know where my order was at even though it took a lot longer (through no fault of their own) and in the end I chose to go with another color and am very happy with the result!
