Having the Zoom consultation was a great help in making the right choice. The YouTube reviews were also a bonus in helping to choose. The delivery tine was acceptable as I live in a remote part of Ontario.

Ok the only reason for the 3 stars is the return policy! I had NO CLUE I couldn't return any of the 3 wigs I bought to try on. Red hair is super hard to match!! Luckily you guys allowed me to return one and then return the other for store credit. But still, I got on to see how I missed that detail and it only said 45 day returns! Nothing about not being able to return a sale item BUT THE WHOLE STORE IS SALE! So I felt very taken advantage of for that reason alone. Other than that you have been amazing. MUST let people know more about the return policy!!!!

I love my Simmer Elite! She was on clearance so I was talking a risk on the color but when I put her on, I was instantly in love. I highly recommend the color Iced Granita. Such a soft wig, not too dense, comfortable, beautiful. I wish she was my real hair. I will buy another one but I can’t decide on the color. ❤️ And Chiquel’s customer service is always A+ when you need them. Between Chiquel products and my favorite alternative hair model, Amanda, I always feel beautiful.
