This company took way too long to acknowledge my return had been received.

Good experience but received another email abt shoes shipping several months after I received them--which was odd and made me worry that I might've been charged twice. But I wasn't.

I ordered a pair of boots that I rearly wanted, then added a pair of wedges to get free shipping. A day after I placed the order I got an email that the boots weren't available but the wedges shipped, so I didn't have the option to even cancel my order when they changed it on me. Then returning the wedges would've cost more to ship than they cost to begin with. Very frustrating.

I have ordered several times and the quality is great, timely also.

I ordered a pair of shoes that were too big and needed to exchange them for a half size smaller. It was confirmed via UPS they received the package and I got and email it was returned but not exchanged. I emailed the customer service to find out if it was being processed as an exchange. They said that email was wrong and they had a glitch in the email system. I emailed back to find out still what was going on with my exchange and never heard back.

I was more than satisfied with the floral sandals I purchased online. The floral design was not identical on each shoe. I loved the surprise of that! The size 8 ½ shoes fit just as expected, and the heel height and thickness is perfect for me...not too high...Love the shoes!! Ordering was painless and delivery was quick.
