Love the products!

I typically only purchase boots from their website. I have several pair an wear them frequently. They've all held up well with the exception of one pair. Cheap leather was used in making those and they arrived with cracks. My only other complaint is that the boots are very slouchy. I have average calves and wear the boots with tights. None of them stay up. If they could make them with stiffer leather and a slightly tighter fit, that would be great.

Hello, I emailed your customer service to tell them that my shoes came dirty and received a response. The person told me to email you guys a photo which I did. NO RESPONSE BACK. Very bad customer service. Will not be using again.

I ordered some shoes online from this company, they charged me twice for the same items, and send me two pairs of the same shoes. Then they told me to return them if I didn't want them, and I had to pay for shipping them back , I spent 50$ to ship 4 pairs of shoes back and they didn't return my money back for shipping . I didn't had to pay for the items to be sent back , I didn't order them . Called customer service and they made me feel like this was my fault. The quality of the shoes was horrible, cheap. And by the way donot bother leaving them your review for the product . They only post positive reviews , I have them one star for both item I purchased and they never posted my review. Be aware of this company !!!
