I had a completely fine experience with Chinese Laundry when purchasing from them in November. My item arrived on time with no issues. However in February I received another email from them telling me that my order from November had just shipped. Wanting to confirm i had not been charged twice for the purchase, i emailed right away. I have not had any response from the customer service team. No new charges have shown on my account, but I will have to keep checking for awhile, which is annoying.

I placed an order back in August 2016; the order was completed and I returned an item (the return was processed). I got a notification in February 2017 that the same order was being shipped to me. I reached out to Chinese Laundry several times by phone, and also sent an email asking for clarification on the duplicate order that was never placed and was sent 6 months after the actual order was placed, and never heard anything back.

Chinese Laundry has continued to provide me with excellent shoe choices and online service. Buying shoes online can be tricky but even after I purchased the wrong size they made the size swap process easy breezy. I would urge anyone to try these heels and boots, just get ready for the complements!!!

I returned a pair of boots in Novemeber and just got a return confirmation email in February. It is now March and have still yet to receive my refund. Terrible refund/exchange service.

I received my shoes in a timely fashion and the size I ordered ran true to size. The tippy tops were more unstable than I had expected. I will not be fully confident on the runway in these and suggest you find a more stable option.

I have never had an issue with any of their shoes. I also have booties and over the knee boots. We always but Tippy Tops in nude (several pair) for Pageantry but we also have white and black. I would love to see another color though like red or spring floral. Otherwise we are completely happy with them!
