This company took way too long to acknowledge my return had been received.

I didn't like my shoes but don't want to spent $20 to return it for exchange.

I purchased a shoe that appeared in stock. I checked back on my order status a few days later only to see they were now out of stock and it was never communicated to me. After a week or so, I checked back to see my order was actually cancelled. It would have been nice to have a little bit of customer service and to be addressed directly.

I had a completely fine experience with Chinese Laundry when purchasing from them in November. My item arrived on time with no issues. However in February I received another email from them telling me that my order from November had just shipped. Wanting to confirm i had not been charged twice for the purchase, i emailed right away. I have not had any response from the customer service team. No new charges have shown on my account, but I will have to keep checking for awhile, which is annoying.

A great casual boot. Just wish the quality was better

I recently purchased these shoes from Chinese Laundry...normally I would give them 5 stars but after the first time wearing them the insole started coming off! I get they're called "Chinese Laundry" but you certainly don't want that (Made in China) to reflect in the quality of the shoes.

Ordered these in an 8.5, too small. Felt like a size 7.5. Hate the hassle of returns so they're sitting in the packaging in my closet. Likely won't order again bc online shoe shopping is tricky unless you're sure of your specific sizing by brand.

I am always a 9, these shoes are very small and uncomfortable and sadly a 10 wasn't an option. Since they were a gift I was unable to send back.
