I didn't like my shoes but don't want to spent $20 to return it for exchange.

Nobody answered my message!

I have made many successful orders in the past, but the past 2 orders were sent to the wrong address. The first time it happened, I thought it must be an easy mistake, but when it happened again... even when I made special effort to ensure the correct address was entered with the order....I gave up. I emailed for assistance and was basically told, I must have made the mistake....I DIDN'T, YOU DID. So, I have certainly decided to never order from you again. I can't....you don't know where I live (apparently).

I wanted a certain kind of shoe, it was easy to find, order, and a good price. The shoes are decent quality--they weren't super expensive so it's what I expected.

I purchased a shoe that appeared in stock. I checked back on my order status a few days later only to see they were now out of stock and it was never communicated to me. After a week or so, I checked back to see my order was actually cancelled. It would have been nice to have a little bit of customer service and to be addressed directly.

The shoes are stylish no doubt. The return policy is just not worth dealing with this company for myself. To many other options and easy free returns on Amazon prime
