I can't really review the shoes I ordered a month ago because they still haven't arrived. So disappointing, as I actually live in the same city where they ship from. I contacted customer service over a dozen times by phone and email, no email replies and mostly nobody picks up when I call. When they do, they can't really say much except to blame UPS. I thought this was a legit company but I guess not! I sure won't be purchasing anything from them again, despite the 30+ marketing emails they've sent me since I placed my order.

Terrible service, my clothes still have stains on them. This place does not know what they are doing.

I wish I read these reviews before I ordered my shoes. I get the run around , ordered my shoes October 25 and still haven’t received them. A label was produced apparently but still no information to locate my shoes . I don’t know if they are coming or not but customer service is awful . Very disappointed . If I don’t receive my shoes are get any information to where they are I will be expecting a full refund

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from this company and had such high hopes! Unfortunately I was very disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of their products. First, they charged my credit card twice for the same product. When I called them and explained the issue, they denied any fault and told me that it was my bank that had in fact messed up. Therefore, I contacted my bank and was told that my card had in fact been charged twice by the retailer. I called customer service again and they acted like they had never told me anything and said the transaction should be reversed within 2-3 days. Overall, a lot of very frustrating back-and-forth. I received my shoes a few days later and was so excited! I figured that all of the turbulence was behind me, boy was I wrong. Within two days of very limited wear, the shoes broke!!! It turned out that the ankle strap was only glued into the shoe and it popped off while I was walking! THIS WAS AFTER TWO DAYS! As you could imagine, I was very very frustrated with this entire experience. I am still waiting to hear back from customer service as to what is going to happen next but after reading their return policy online, I have a feeling they will make me pay to ship the shoes back and then issue a refund for the price of the shoes ONLY. So disappointing. So moral of my story is this is a very disappointing company with poor quality for a high price tag and employees that are only concerned with profits and NOT customer satisfaction. Needless to say, both my and my friends business will be directed elsewhere.

Attempted to order a pair of boots twice - first time the order said "processing" for almost two weeks, when I called they said the order had been cancelled due to damage in the warehouse (I was never notified). Second attempt - they took over a week to process my order and I ended up cancelling them and ordering from a different website. I received an email nearly SIX months later saying that my order had been processed and was on the way, then the next day that my refund had been processed. Customer service was hard to reach and deal with. They are so disorganized and the quality of their shoes is NOT worth the value. If I hadn't been required to purchase these boots for work, I would never have dealt with them.

I ordered two pair of boots a couple of months ago. One pair (black) arrived but did not fit well nor look as I hoped. I returned them. The second pair (henna) never arrived. I loved those boots (I already have a pair and have worn them out), so I was anxious to get them. Just this week (2 months after ordering), I received an email (Feb. 22) stating that the 1st pair (black) was received and the return credited to my Visa account, but the next day (Feb. 23) I get an email stating that they have been shipped??? I also got an email (Feb. 22) saying that the 2nd pair (henna) were cancelled. I am hoping that the black boots do not come to my house and my Visa charged. It is very confusing.

I ordered a pair of boots that I rearly wanted, then added a pair of wedges to get free shipping. A day after I placed the order I got an email that the boots weren't available but the wedges shipped, so I didn't have the option to even cancel my order when they changed it on me. Then returning the wedges would've cost more to ship than they cost to begin with. Very frustrating.

I ordered a pair of shoes that were too big and needed to exchange them for a half size smaller. It was confirmed via UPS they received the package and I got and email it was returned but not exchanged. I emailed the customer service to find out if it was being processed as an exchange. They said that email was wrong and they had a glitch in the email system. I emailed back to find out still what was going on with my exchange and never heard back.
