ordering and delivery went well. Product lasted a week before the snap button broke. I plan on fixing it, seems that would be easier than sending back, and they didn't have my size anymore. the snap buttons didn't seem stable they kept unsnapping but the shoe is still cute. Good thing I got it on sale.

Shipping is prompt and returns are easy. The only thing I would point out is that the footwear in my most recent three pairs ran small. Perhaps my feet are getting larger! ;) So... I would just advise to read the reviews and/or double check size chart. Many of their styles are pretty!

I ordered a pair of shoes in October '16. In February '17 I was informed they were shipped. They were not. This has been just a ridiculous experience to say the least. I can't believe he company is still in business and functioning at a basic level so poorly.

Attempted to order a pair of boots twice - first time the order said "processing" for almost two weeks, when I called they said the order had been cancelled due to damage in the warehouse (I was never notified). Second attempt - they took over a week to process my order and I ended up cancelling them and ordering from a different website. I received an email nearly SIX months later saying that my order had been processed and was on the way, then the next day that my refund had been processed. Customer service was hard to reach and deal with. They are so disorganized and the quality of their shoes is NOT worth the value. If I hadn't been required to purchase these boots for work, I would never have dealt with them.

I ordered two pair of boots a couple of months ago. One pair (black) arrived but did not fit well nor look as I hoped. I returned them. The second pair (henna) never arrived. I loved those boots (I already have a pair and have worn them out), so I was anxious to get them. Just this week (2 months after ordering), I received an email (Feb. 22) stating that the 1st pair (black) was received and the return credited to my Visa account, but the next day (Feb. 23) I get an email stating that they have been shipped??? I also got an email (Feb. 22) saying that the 2nd pair (henna) were cancelled. I am hoping that the black boots do not come to my house and my Visa charged. It is very confusing.

I purchased two paires of ankles boots. I absolutely love Chinense Landury ankle boots. The grey boot are the perfect height, comfortable, affordable, trendy and I love the fringe. I have gotten a ton of compliments. It's good for the office or a night out paired with the perfect jeans. I would recommend this product for ages 21-45.

I ordered a pair of shoes.. after placing order I realized I needed them sooner, I called customer service and she was able to track my order and get them shipped sooner! The shoes were a perfect fit and run true to size (Tippy Tops)
