These boots aren't made for narrow calves. 6ft and narrow calves.. NOPE. I gave them away

My daughter uses them for the Miss California USA pageant. They are perfect, gives great height and the nude color is a very neutral color. The only issues we have had have been the heel being wobbly. We have run across 2 pairs that have had this issue and just returned and got another pair. But if its a solid pair they last forever! The only other reason for a 4 instead of a 5 star, is the length of time it took to get my last refund on a pair we had to return. But we will still be ordering these for her pageants!!!

I made an online order from Chinese Laundry for some boots I had been eyeing for weeks. On black Friday the price went down and they were offering free shipping so I went for it! My item arrived in good time and was just want I wanted. I am very happy with my purchase.

Had a good experience with this company. Ordering was easy and the shipment was done in a timely manner.

I recently purchased these shoes from Chinese Laundry...normally I would give them 5 stars but after the first time wearing them the insole started coming off! I get they're called "Chinese Laundry" but you certainly don't want that (Made in China) to reflect in the quality of the shoes.

Let me just list the reasons!!! I was sent two of the same sizes and trying to get a return label for the extra size. I tried multiple times to reach an active live person via the CS line. The recording would say the CS line is not open and give times available and I was calling during those times. I finally reached a person via email. The person I was emailing with said I ordered two of the same sizes (why would I order two of the same size) and there was nothing he could do on a return label. The customer must pay shipping for the return and Chinese Laundry must receive the return to their DC within 30 days. WHAT COMPANY IN 2016 DOES NOT PROVIDE FREE RETURNS???? And they only have one return center in CA, I live in KY and had to pay $50+ to return my product, I spent over $300+ dollars in shoes (loved them all) and decided to send all of it back. I will not support a company that does not listen to their customer nor provide customer support.
