I don't normally do reviews, but I have to say this chair is amazing! But even more impressive was the level of service I just experienced as I was not so impressed with the glider wheels. I emailed customer service and received a response back within a few hours asking for some pictures and if all original packaging still available. I sent the pictures and within another hour or so had a FedEx label to return the wheels. I received a refund later that same day once FedEx picked up my return. Thank you. Jason

Hello everybody, I would like to take a moment and share my experience with Chill Chair. I purchased the Sloe Mate ottoman. My husband loves his feet massaged, this is his favorite gift ever! The ottoman is a beautiful addition to my living room furniture. I recently had an issue with it functioning, I contacted Chill Chair customer service and, I really thought the time difference would be an issue as they are in Australia. I was wrong, customer service was immediately responsive and in just days I had a replacement. I cannot say enough about what great service I was provided. Overall, this chair is slightly less than average and definitely does not justify the cost. Features & Usability: The massage functionality is very basic. On top of that, the text on the digital display randomly switches back and forth between Chinese and English, making it confusing to read and operate. Expectations vs. Reality: Because it’s named a "Chill" chair and displays blue arrows moving up and down the screen, I mistakenly assumed it had a cooling or temperature regulation feature. While that was my own assumption, the branding is a bit misleading. In hindsight, buying a separate massage or heating seat cover would be a much better use of money. The arm rest also does not adjust. The seat does adjust but not very much. You will be sitting close to the ground Return Process: I would return it, but I simply don't want to deal with the hassle of disassembling, repacking, and shipping back such a large item.
