I have both the Chair and the foot stool from Chill Chair. The products are top quality, but that is still nothing compared to their customer service. I have never had a company care more about the experience of the customer than Chill Chair. Rey in customer care was 10/10 top level aces in my book! This is a company to do business with. Hands down. 10/10. Love these guys! Lifetime customer right here!!!!!!

Thought about buying this product for my wife and I Finally went ahead and purchased and it’s been the best decision. The product looks and feels premium quality and the massage function offers excellent functionality and variety. Probably need a second one now as we constantly battling who gets to use it. Highly recommended.

I bought a chill chair in June of this year 2025 as a Father’s Day present for my husband…we received the chair and he used it once that day and loved it. However, it would be months later before he wanted to use it again and sadly this time it did not turn on. I tried charging it with the adapter…Unfortunately , it would not work. I finally sent an email to their company in December 2025. I got an immediate response a day later…with a request for me to send a video of the adapter and the chair. I sent that requested email. Literally two days later, we got an email with a tracking number that they were sending us a NEW replacement. I was actually so surprised. In this time, the world is so jaded. How wonderful that this chair will come during the holiday season to remind me that there are GOOD HONEST small businesses that really do care. Thank you so much for this whole experience. This chair is truly worth the money. A few minutes a day with the massage function is great. Not to mention it also being comfortable as just a sitting chair. And customer support is absolutely amazing. So quick to respond and will handling any question or issue you may have.

I purchased a sole mate for my feet from chillchair. Unfortunately a couple of the programmes became faulty. The customer service have been outstanding with their contact letting me know that a new one will be sent out as soon as new stock arrives. I cannot recommend them enough.
