I ordered The foot massager, even though it took a while to arrive , I was pleased with the product :) it not only is a great foot massager but looks like a nice feature as a foot poof . It’s excellent quality and easy to use too , I would highly recommend

Same as the other reviews Ordered in november with delivery promised before christmas Then an email saying it wont be until 2nd of January Waited... still nothing Emailed again.... now they will try to post on 5th january Emailed again.... no reply I will be filing a charge back with my bank as over 5 weeks with 0 update on when a product will actually be dispatched and multiple false dates given. I would not trust this company. The email replies and confirmations you get are very basic and sketchy I wouldnt be surprised if the whole thing is a scam. Terrible service for a product that is expensive Company lies and is unresponsive AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Hey Abbie, we apologise for your negative experience. I noticed you placed a pre-order which is why the delivery has taken longer than expected. We will push to get this to you asap. Otherwise you can email [email protected] and we can cancel your order and get your refunded asap.

Still no sign of my delivery and no communication - Product has now arrived and 15% discount received

Exactly the same scenario as Lucy below. Based in UK. Ordered in the Black Friday deal (November) and STILL waiting for product. Repeated lies saying they would guarantee delivery before Christmas, latest update just before Xmas was someone was closed and would not be shipped until January 5th. Sent repeated emails over last couple of days and no reply. AVOID!!!

Hey there, we apologise for the extended wait. In the peak Christmas period there are sometimes delays with the couriers that are beyond our control. If you email [email protected] we will give you 10% cash back for your inconvinence.

I bought Chill Chair for my nephew who is a lawyer and sometimes more than a little stressed. He says it has been a game changer and everyone in his office is now jealous and wanting to order.

The team at Chill Chair were great. They fast tracked my order for Christmas and followed up to make sure everything arrived safely. My husband is living his best life! Sitting in his gaming chair while getting a foot massage. He loves his Sole Mate Luxury Ottoman Foot Massager and uses it everyday.

Love the ottoman massage chair, I pretty much use it almost everyday and most times twice a day. It's a great way for me to relax after my normal daily activities, keep up the great work on your products and customer service. Everyone that comes by my house has tried and absolutely loved it and some have already purchased it for themselves.

Outstanding customer service from Chill Chair. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions and genuinely took the time to make sure my needs were taken care of. So rare to experience this level of care — highly recommend.
