Did not get what I ordered.
I ordered the Dino Double Name Puzzle with white letters. I got white letters, but NO dinos. Not happy.

I ordered a
I ordered a product from this company on 8/29 and on 9/18 it still hasn’t shipped. They advertise 10-25 days for shipping but don’t include the incredibly long processing time on top of that, beware if you are not ordering a few months out from when you’d actually like the item. I wouldn’t normally review an item before I have it but I get multiple emails a day reminding me to rate my experience which is frustrating considering they know the status of orders. So all in all, I would highly recommend going through a small business on Etsy who will fulfill your order much faster and care enough to be aware of you order status.

Would never have bought
No one has gotten back to me with the issue on this product. This product looked nothing like the picture. It measured smaller than stated. Horrible assembly and directions. The stain was awful and it smells bad. Customer service hasn’t gotten back to me in days. Had i seen this product in person I would have never purchased and I would absolutely not spent $100’on it.

Excellent company made me personalized product
excellent service with an excellent product. Purchased the puzzle for my new nephew and he and his family adore it. They said it was well crafted. And good customer service. Although sometimes they reply immediately and other times a bit of a delay. Might be because of the time difference or weekend. But excellent company to buy from. I can’t recall exactly to purchase but review site made me put in a date.
