Excellent Quality Name Puzzle
The shipping of my item took longer than I realized but when I received the name puzzle it was exactly what I wanted for my granddaughter. It’s beautiful and the craftsmanship is excellent! Customer service kept me informed of the status of shipment frequently. I’d buy again from Child Universe.

3.5 weeks and still no tracking…

I still haven’t received my item

It’s been three weeks and I haven’t yet…
It’s been three weeks and I haven’t yet received my order. Hopefully it’ll come soon! I’ve previously ordered two other name puzzles for my other children and we really love them though.

Friendly customer service
Customer service agent reached out to me about my 1 star review and sent another bookcase. This was a year after my original purchase, so it was a nice surprise. The new one is smaller but sturdier. I found the customer service agents, Yuliia and Yuliya, to be very friendly and caring.
