Ordered for a first birthday gift and the parents and everyone else at the party loved the personalization!

Do not recommend this company. Many years ago, the quality was great, but my last two orders have had issues. I ordered a few name puzzles with characters and they came in well past the delivery eta plain without any characters. This order came 30 days later. My next order I paid for expedited shipping 4-8 days. Here we are 13 business days later and I still have not received the package, nor has their customer service responded to my request for a refund for expedited shipping.

Every photo shown of the shelf has two shelves in it. This would make more sense for the price tag. Received the order (with missing pieces) and it is only one shelf. Highly overpriced and they will not match the pricing of themselves on Etsy.

I’ve just received 2 small nursery book shelves, having paid £100 and waiting 3 weeks for delivery, and I am absolutely appalled at the poor quality of these products. They don’t look anything like the website or Etsy pictures, the wood is so cheap, and the screws are loose and wonky. I’m so dissapointed and feel like I’ve been conned.

Delivery takes forever.

I found this company from Etsy website. And found the beautifully crafted puzzles . I ordered one for my friend’s new born grandson. This gift arrived very timely and in great package condition. I am going to send it to my friend tomorrow. I am excited to see their response. Because this is a very special and unique gift specially made for the new born baby, which cannot be found anywhere in this city. Thank you.
