This was a great holiday gift for the little one in the family. Bold colors and great craftsmanship! Shipping was a little delayed but that was due to holiday schedules and customs, otherwise it arrived intact and beautifully crafted. Will definitely order from this shop again!

I like the name puzzle very much! The shipping was a bit long but this is understandable as the company is in Ukraine. Recomend!!!

I ordered this a month ago, had express shipping (3-6 days) but haven’t received item. Got an email to review the item that hasn’t arrived which concerned me. Also the last update on the tracking was from over 2 weeks ago. I emailed support TWICE & haven’t gotten a response. I just want to make sure the item is actually on the way but it’s been impossible to get a response from anyone so writing this hoping it will help.

Ordered item to be delivered nov 7 on Etsy. Item was never delivered and never tracked in ups. They would not offer a refund only a discount on future purchase. They said their factory in Ukraine was destroyed but still have the crappy ethics to be publishing fast shipping for Christmas even though customer items ordered in October still haven’t been delivered. As far as I’m Concerned this is a scam

Thank you for being patient throughout the entire process. Thank you for letting me know your order was delivered. I am glad that everything is good. Warmest regards, Yuliya Customer Support Team
