Still have not received my order well…
Still have not received my order well past the original estimated delivery timeframe, which should reflect potential delays. I purchased this bookshelf over another company's because of the earlier estimated delivery, so this was misleading.

Child Universe Wooden Name Puzzles
I really like the Child Universe wooden name puzzles. They are great, beautiful learning toys for infants/toddlers. This is the third puzzle I order from them, and although there was a misunderstanding with this last order, the Child Universe customer support team was quick to respond and able to send me the correct puzzle.

Great quality
Their customer service is very polite and friendly. They helped me understand their shipping and delivery process when I was wondering where my order was. I purchased two shelves for my newborns nursery and they are perfect. Worth every penny!

Decent Shelf
For the price, I thought wood quality was not as thick/sturdy as I expected, but it does the job and looks ok!

Waiting for 10%refind
