Despite two requests for updates on the…
Despite two requests for updates on the status of my order and shipping I did not get any answers. I ordered this (no personalization) and it did not arrive in time for Easter. I have to check the post office to see if it's even here yet. I will be returning this item if and when it ever arrives.

2023 names
Unfortunately, in this day and age Kids have hyphenated last names and it was very difficult to find a puzzle where I could put all 4 of his names. I found one but I couldn’t hyphenate the name. Other than that my experience was great.

Great products and amazing customer…
Great products and amazing customer service!! Everything we get from Child Universe is well made, safe for children and SO CUTE!! Plus their customer service is great - fast to respond, respectful and proactive. When a discount code advertised in the email did not work, I placed the ordered, emailed the Customer service and they came back to me fast, made calculations for missing 15% and gave me the refund. And all of that with being very polite. I highly recommened them!
