We do only ship Monday through Wednesday to help prevent frozen food orders from getting delayed or sitting in transit over the weekend. Depending on when an order processes, this can occasionally mean waiting until the following shipping window. We’d be more than happy to adjust your future order processing date so it falls on one of our shipping days, which can help avoid that extra wait going forward. In the meantime, rather than using a knife, we recommend using a pair of kitchen scissors to carefully cut along the edge of the package.
