My dog loves the food! When she knows she is about to be fed she starts wagging her tail and making excited noises. The transition from kibble was easy with no stomach upset. When I had questions about the different options customer service was very helpful.

Always great with my schedule. Sometimes I have to switch delivery dates around, and you’re so accommodating. And my dog loves your food. He’s 10 years old, and people always mistake him for a puppy!
Response from Chi DogOct 23, 2026
Thank you so much, Cathy! 🐾 We’re always happy to help make your delivery schedule work for you. And we absolutely love hearing that your 10-year-old pup is still getting mistaken for a puppy—that’s wonderful! My 13.5 year old Havanese has stage 2 kidney disease. The vet said it was time to transition him to a renal diet. She suggested Chi Dog Water formula. I placed the order. Product arrived quickly solidly frozen. My dog loves the food and hopefully it will slow the progression of his kidney disease.

My 6lb. Chihuahua is doing SO much better after being on ChiDog for a couple of weeks. She began to improve immediately. I am happy with the quality and ingredients of this food. It's the best I've found for dogs with pancreatitis or those who suffer with the level of fat in even the best dog foods.
Response from Chi DogOct 14, 2026
Julie, Thank you so much for sharing this! We’re so happy to hear that your little Chihuahua is doing so well on Chi Dog and that you noticed an improvement so quickly. ❤️ We put a lot of care into using high-quality, whole-food ingredients, and our Fire Diet is specifically our lowest-fat recipe, making it a popular choice for many of our customers with dogs who have pancreatitis or are sensitive to higher-fat foods. It means so much to hear that she’s feeling better and enjoying her food. Thank you for trusting Chi Dog to be part of her care! 🐾 Warmly, The Chi Dog Team
