When setting up an order, you can choose “Add Another Diet” to include a second (or additional) recipe in the rotation. We do only ship Monday through Wednesday to help prevent frozen food orders from getting delayed or sitting in transit over the weekend. Depending on when an order processes, this can occasionally mean waiting until the following shipping window. If you find the Fire Diet a bit dry, you might try mixing in a small amount of warm water before serving to add extra moisture and enhance the aroma. Our feeding and packaging recommendations are formulated and approved by our board-certified veterinarian to ensure proper nutrition based on body weight and daily requirements. That said, we understand every dog is different. We’re able to customize orders or add single trays on top of an existing plan to better suit your dog's needs. We understand how challenging picky eating can be, particularly when trying to support a dog’s weight and overall health. Some dogs can take a little time to adjust to a new food, especially fresh diets. Gradually introducing it by mixing small amounts with their current food and slowly increasing the portion over several days may help with the transition.
