M dog was really sick with chronic pancreatitis and wasn’t eating anything. This food seems to agree with her and she enjoys it! Thank goodness

From the customer service to the quality of the food, we LOVE Chi Dog. Our vet recommended the Fire Diet for our approximately 10 year old mix, Oscar, who has struggled with chronic pancreatitis. He has always been a picky eater, but no more! He eats with gusto and his health has improved significantly. We are hoping to try the Water Diet soon so that he can have a couple of proteins to rotate through. I have no doubt, he'll love the Water Diet as much as he loves the Fire Diet!

The company is doing well with explanations and information about their product and how it is made. I am still on the fence as to whether or not I will continue with it as my dog does not seem to like it. But let me also say, we are still in the transition stage and she is a very picky eater.

Hi, Thank you for your honest feedback! We completely understand — transitioning can take time, especially with picky eaters. We’re here to support you through the process and are happy to offer tips or adjustments to help. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything we can do to make the transition smoother for your pup! Best regards, The Chi Dog Team
