Unwanted Products
Products that were never requested were shipped without approval or asking the recipient. This is very unprofessional and ultimately wasteful as the unwanted products had to be disposed.

Thanks for your feedback. We may have connected either at one of our conference booths or during one of our founders’ lectures — we always appreciate the opportunity to share our approach to food therapy. From time to time, we send out product samples or materials with the hope that they’ll be helpful, especially when there has been prior interest. That said, we understand that not every clinician's sample box is a perfect fit for the moment. If given the chance, we typically recommend donating any extras to a local shelter or a client in need — we’d love to support in that way whenever possible.
