My dog loves the food! I ordered the sample pack of Water Diet as she has congestive heart failure and the medications can overwork her kidneys. I gave 4 stars because I thought the shipping took longer than it should from time of order. But I will still start a subscription and set up a regular shipping schedule so I don’t have to worry about it.

We also truly appreciate your feedback on the shipping timeline. While we aim to get orders out as quickly as possible, we understand how important timing is, and we're always working to improve. We're so glad you're planning to start a subscription—setting up a regular schedule is a great way to ensure you always have meals on hand without the worry. Great Customer Service. I recently received my routine shipment and the box was all beat up and taped up and inside there was only one package of my food. I called Chi Dog and they immediately sent me out a replacement order. My dog loves this stuff and I know it is good for her old 'Fatty Liver'.

My dog is a very picky eater. I am Amazed at how he gobbles up the water diet Chi Food. This makes me happy because he almost died of kidney failure a few months ago.

So far my furbaby loves your food. I was impressed with how quickly we got our first order. The food looks wonderful! I had been feeding Ollie for awhile and your food is much more appetizing looking. So far it hasn’t helped with her itching but I am hoping that in time it will.

Alana, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that your fur baby is loving the food and that the first order arrived quickly. It’s wonderful to hear you find the meals appetizing and fresh looking—we take great pride in using real, whole ingredients you can see. Itching can take some time to improve, especially if there’s an underlying allergy or sensitivity, so we’re hopeful you’ll start to see positive changes soon as we have seen with so many other dogs. Thank you again for feeding Chi Dog! Warmly, The Chi Dog Team

There were several diets to choose from, I was able to choose a diet that suited my dog's needs. The order arrived quickly. My dog enjoyed the food, she ate all the food, quickly. She licked the bowl clean. She would even look at me for more. I fed her twice a day, and a small snack before bedtime.
