My dog absolutely loves this food. After I heat it and stir, it seems to expand on the plate. There is always more than enough. I also like the texture and it smells so delicious. I feel good about feeding my senior dog this healthy food.

So far so good! Product was packed very well and came frozen and intact. My only issue was the very confusing instructions on how much to feed my dogs. I eventually figured it out myself, so not really a big deal.

Dr. Seidner, Thank you so much for sharing this — it truly made our day. We’re thrilled your kitty is finally enjoying mealtime after so long, and that you’re not having to fight with toppings or coaxing anymore. That’s exactly why we created Chi Cat — to make real, balanced nutrition something cats actually look forward to. Please give him a little extra love from all of us at Chi Dog! Your product is great! But my three cats don’t like it!😞I offer the food but they won’t eat it. My Vet recommended this good for one of my cats but she won’t eat it. Thank you anyway. I will keep trying to offer them, hopefully one day will like it. Thanks. Maria

Maria, Thank you so much for giving Chi Cat a try (and for the kind words about the product). I’m truly sorry your three cats aren’t loving it yet. Cats can be so particular, especially when they’re used to a certain texture or smell. A few tips that often help with picky kitties: Warm it slightly to boost aroma. Start with a tiny amount (pea-sized) mixed into their current food, then slowly increase over 7–14 days. Try serving it on a flat plate (some cats dislike bowls touching their whiskers). If your vet is recommending it for one specific cat, we can also help you pick the best formula/texture approach for that cat’s needs. You’re doing the right thing by continuing to offer it gently — and if you’d like, tell us what foods they currently like (pâté vs chunks, poultry vs fish, etc.) and we’ll suggest the easiest transition plan. Warmly, The Chi Dog Team

I have a 9 year old Maltese with Cushings Disease. He was not eating anything until we tried the Fire Diet. He loves it! The customer support is amazing. They have helped me with questions and given me great advice along the way.

Carla, Thank you so much for sharing this — it truly means a lot. We’re so happy your Maltese is enjoying the Fire Diet, especially after not wanting to eat. Appetite changes with Cushing’s can be so stressful, and it’s wonderful to hear he’s excited about food again. And thank you for the kind words about our support team — we’re always here for you. Please keep us posted on how he’s doing, and don’t hesitate to reach out anytime you have questions. Warmly, The Chi Dog Team
