Excellent customer service. The dogs love the water diet. I have two senior chihuahuas who are super picky. I am impressed they both eat this diet and appear spunkier. Thank you for the assistance in selecting Chi Dog.

We work very hard to get our food delivered quickly and safely, but unfortunately there are times when a carrier delay occurs and a package does not move through the system as expected. Based on your description, it sounds like the box experienced a significant delay while in transit, and I completely understand your concern. If food arrives warm, spoiled, or otherwise unusable, we do not expect you to feed it. Please know that when situations like this occur, we are always happy to make it right. Whether that means issuing a refund, as we have done in this case, or sending a replacement shipment, our goal is to ensure you receive the quality product and service you deserve. Macro-min and Multi are great products. Consult with Susan (vet) was very helpful. Our dog had many allergies and so far he's doing well with both products
