We’re very happy to hear the shipment arrived quickly and that you could see the care taken to keep the food frozen and fresh during transit. We also truly appreciate you pointing out the damaged corner on the Earth Diet package. While we’re glad it was not a major issue, feedback like this is incredibly helpful. Dry ice can sometimes shift during transit and become very brittle in extreme cold temperatures, which occasionally can contribute to small cracks or tears in packaging. We will absolutely pass your comments along to our warehouse and shipping teams as we are always looking for ways to improve packaging protection and insulation between the dry ice and food trays.
