Hello Sophia Thanks for your reviews. You gave us measurement of waist as 40'', but when you receive dress, you told us you real waist is 36.5'', that's why waist can't fit well, you have to alter it. Secondly, please note the heigh of model is 69'' not hollow to floor with shoes on, that's two different measurements, you want dress as 61'' long, so we did length from hollow to floor with shoes on as 61'', even you will not buy from us again, but please be careful with these measurements when you buy from other sites. Hello V Whittaker We really don't know how to mak you so angry. You said "I need to return my dress for a bigger size", you ordered US8 dress and said it's too small and wanted to change to US14", then we gave you returned address, we told you to return the first one and reorder the new one, we will refund you when we got the first dress back,that's the same as most other companies, so we don't know why it become "horrible service"?

Hello Jamie Sorry to hear dresses can't fit you well. Firstly, when you choose size, there is a pop-up remind you that different companies usually run different size, so if you choose our dresses basis on other companies' size chart, dress might can't be fit well, actually our size chart is the same as most brands. We respect each of our customers, according to our 13 years experience of making dresses in this industry, the return rate is very high for plus size dresses, return rate is over 70% for mermaid style, for plus size girls, some one have big waist, the others have big hip or butt, in most time, plus size standard size dresses can’t fit well, so buyers have to return them back and reorder a new custom made dress again, it not only wastes their time, but also takes them extra cost to send dress back, as wedding is so important, it would be the biggest disaster if time may not enough, to seller, this returned dress can't resell again, basis on such high return rate, we will be closed soon, but we need live. Even plus size dresses can't fit well, we still provide additional assistance and help, we offer a limited alterations reimbursement for all dresses.
