Horrible. Ordered my dress I put the size I wanted. Of course I look at the measurement prior to picking my size. They have been emailing me for the last 2/ 3weeks instead of just shipping what I ordered. This is the worse company

Terrible would not order from this company again

I purchased a brides maid dress and received the dress and on the back it had a stain on it qhen reaching out to return it was told either I got something on it while trying it on or something happened during delivery like package damaged but they would not be responsible for taking care of this I was informed to take to the cleaners and it should come out. I say all this to say if you know people who are getting married and I know others DO NOT and I mean DO NOT recommend this site to anyone. If something happened during delivering or arriving to me then I don't understand how I would be responsible definitely will be passing this experience along to others

TERRIBLEEEEEEEEEE RUN FAR AWAY FROM THEM! I ordered a bridesmaid dress from them and they lied about the Fabric when I tell you the dress is soooo heavy. You won’t be comfortable at all. The dress weighs like 10lbs. Feels like i’m walking around with a weighted vest on. So the same day I received it, I asked them to send me a shipping label they told me they don’t offer that and I would have to pay to ship it back to China… SERIOUSLY? To china that is expensive from america. Then when you send it back they still charge you a restocking fee. So you basically get nothing back. To top it off I paid to have the dress shipped to me. When I tell you I would NEVER ever again. My whole bridal party will not be purchasing from them because I lost almost $200 for GARBAGE! Ladies beware and save yourself a headache. I disputed it with my bank but of course because I purchased it they won’t do anything to help me. Save yourself the headache and NEVER buy anything from them.

I purchased a standard US 14 bridal dress and was disappointed when the hips didn't fit. I emailed the company for a week with pictures to show the discrepancy in the hip inches on there site from what i recieved. They refused to provide a shipping label so I could return the dress and wanted me to pay to send it back to China ($80-$133)for a partial refund. I'm disappointed in their customer service and I will never purchase from them again.

This is a scam the dresses do not look anything like the photos posted on the website. The material is very very cheap. It’s all about them getting your money then sending you anything saying no refund. 0 out of 5! Would never recommend!

Terrible bridesmaids dresses! Do not order from here!

Absolutely do not shop here. Dresses are so poorly made. I (along with a few of my fellow bridesmaids) ordered custom size dresses and we all still had to get them SIGNIFICANTLY altered. Lady who altered our dress was shocked at the stitching and how the dress was made and recommended we all go get our money back. I’m not sure what mannequins they use when making their dresses but they have to be super disproportionate because wow.
