The customer service was great! The material is great but keep in mind they are not stretchy.So I would recommend sizing up. The only down size is that you can’t return if you wear size >14 and u want to return it for some reason. So I would recommend to do customizing with ur own measurements when it comes to size.

Ordered a dress from this site at the. Bride to be’s request. When I ordered I paid in full and expected my order to be dispatched within 5 days for processing. However this was not the case. They spent that 5 days emailing me about the couple and size and insisting I ordered a custom size saying that it would be small. This was not an option I wanted as it makes the return null and void. I opted to size up and was told that I wouldn’t get a full refund as there is a restocking charge. When the dress finally arrived it was very creased! And looked like someone’s Nan had put this dress together In a few days. The dress was indeed too small. This is very frustrating as this is not the type of service we accept here in the UK. I will now have to find a talented tailor to fix the dress if I am to wear it to the wedding which I must say is this Saturday. Very disappointed I would never again order from a seller in china again. I’ll also add that the other bridesmaids had the same sizing issues and all have had to have adjustable to their dresses Follow up.. 19/09 Today The seller has responded very aggressively! Defensive Maybe doesn’t like to hear the truth about an honest buyers experience? No remorse or apology?? Not great customer service at all. Clearly just wants money. Please take my advice and SAVE YOUR MONEY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. Alternatively order at your own risk

My dress was beautiful!!!!

Customer service was AMAZING, I really appreciated all of their help when I needed help with accidentally ordering too many swatches. They allowed me to double check the color to make sure it matched, the dress itself was pretty! BUT it didn’t fit me right nor did it look the way it did online (on me probably my fault haha) but either way I kept it, just in case I need it for another event and maybe I can get it tailored a bit to fit me better. Other than that, great experience and it arrived on time!

The dresses were beautiful I just had one that was a little darker then the others but it was 6 dresses. Every one loved them. I also got my reception dress from here and it was beautiful I received so many compliments ☺️

Honestly Chic sew have met my expectations not once but twice and I'm sure I will be returning again to buy more dresses. The quality of their products for the price is unbeatable compare to other vendors. They have great customer service, reply to your email very quickly and will do their best to make sure you receive your dress on time. Delivery was very fast. Thank you Chic sew for beautiful elegant dresses. I follow their chart measurement every time, and my dress always fit perfect. You have to follow the measurements direction, if you fail to do so the dress won't fit. Do not go by your US size. Wish I could add pics of dresses I purchased from chic sew. Always get tons of compliments. The quality is very good. People always think I spend couple of hundreds on my dress. No ma'am. Lol 😂

The team was punctual in responding and ensuring that my measurements and the color for the dress was correct. The price of the dress was reasonable, and the quality was superb. The dress arrived in a timely manner as well. A++++
