Really Sorry for the delay. Becase of epidemic control, so many cities were lockdown during March and April, the airports were lockdown too, all express companies can't work. So when we heard our city will lockdown, then we told all our customers that we can't send dresses in time at the first time and suggest them buy dresses in their local shop, we have sent full payment back, that's big loss to both of us, but we really have no other way, please forgive us. According to our 13 years experience of making dresses in this industry, the return rate is very high for plus size dresses, return rate is over 70% for mermaid style, for plus size girls, some one have big waist, the others have big hip or butt, in most time, plus size standard size dresses can't fit well, so buyers have to return them back and reorder a new custom made dress again, it not only waste their time, but also take them extra cost to send dress back, as wedding is so important, if time may not enough, that would be the biggest disaster. To seller, basis on such high return rate, we will be closed soon, but we need live. 3, Even plus size dress can't fit well, we still provide additional assistance and help, we offer a limited alterations reimbursement for all dresses.
