When ordering make sure you take measurement and order one size up. If you are curvy I don't recommend this site it will cost you an 150+ for the dress, then another $150 for alterations. and they do not do returns or work with you. Basically i had to order the same dress twice in a size difference, one size up.

You ordered a US10 dress, we have listed all measurements for you, they are Bust: 37 1/2, Waist: 31, Hips: 41, you have confirmed all the measurements, then we send you dress with US10, but when you received dress, you said dress can't fit well, then you told us you measured your bust as 41'', since this error is so big, it can't be altered, so you can exchange a new one, we told you US14 dress can fit you well, so you reorder a US14, that's the best way to solve it, it's you confirm all the measurements after all, it's not we sent you wrong dress, our size chart is the same as most bridesmaid dress shop, further more, we rush the second dress free for you, for this case, if you measure yourselves more carefully when you place the order, then there will be no trouble for you. You have kept the first dress almost 5 months, then you want to return, the return time is really expired, so we can't accept return, we have listed our return policy in product page, return page, hanging tag, you can check our return policy so clearly, since we can't accept return, then you gave us a bad review, for most dress shop, I believe they can't accept return for over 5 months.
