i am a long term customer at Chicos. I went to the store in Sumner MD today to return one item and buy others. The sales person was intent on making my experience dreadful. First she insisted she wanted to take the bag my return was in and place it on the counter. I politely declined but she asked more times. I was put in the dressing room by Marcy. The other sales person barged in while I was trying on clothes. She told me I didn't write my name on the door. Needless to say I didn't let myself in the dressing room. At check out she kept hurrying me through the transaction when I wanted to check my return receipt to make sure the right item was credited. She threw my new clothes in a pile on the counter without regard to wrinkling them. I was surprised she didn't make a nasty comment to me. She is not the type of sales person I have had at Chicos in the past. Won't shop at that location again

I came to Chicos at the Shoppes at Denville to help my friend get a new wardrobe and my friend wasn't looking forward to shopping since her shape had changed. Rhonda and Margaret were absolutely fantastic. They made helpful suggestions, were extremely patient and found almost everything on sale. If they were out of stock they looked online. You are extremely fortunate to have these two professionals representing your brand.

Margaret and Rhonda were fantastic. So helpful. They helped me get a new wardrobe. I have not brought close for over 5 years. Thank you so much. They gave me honest feedback and suggested things I would never try

Placed an order in May, stated it was delivered and never received it! After multiple emails, they stated they would resend order- needless to say I have still not received ANYTHING and the email address is no longer in service! SCAM

I placed and paid for an order in May, 2024, and as of today have still not received it. Chico's says it was delivered, but it has not, and when I tried to talk with someone about it, I got referred to JustAnswer, who said they were not the people to talk to. I tried going to the Chico store online, but am not able to access it.

I have been a customer of Chicos since 2006. I recently ordered two separate orders online. One package the update said it was delivered, the update on the second package said it has been returned to warehouse! These packages were being delivered to my office, someone is always at the front desk. I chatted online with a representative of Chicos, all rep did was tell me exactly what the tracking update read. I called, was told I had to wait the waiting period before I would be credited. I called back today from being from the time the call was placed to finish, it was 48 minutes! All to be told the same thing the updates read and to say hmmm I don’t know what is going on. The rep did say she would notate my account, grant me a 20% discount on my next order. NEVER ONCE did she offer to place an order for me since I stated numerous of times, the pants I ordered were on sale at the time! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is fraud and theft! Chicos has my money and I have nothing to show for it. All I want is the credits that I am due!

Chico's sold me a faulty product and is now refusing to give me a refund. I have never experienced such a ridiculous return policy. The item is a complete loss and their refusal to give me a refund means I will never shop here.

My store in Riverside Ca, helped me order 2 t shirt dress from their online store. Only 1 came. I called the store. later Carolyn called me and told me that only 1 dress was ordered online and I was charged for 2 because there was one in store and I took it with me. UNBELIEVABLE. I have done everything possible to straighten this out. I talked to the manager who only talked with Carolyn and then told me she believes Carolyn. All they have to do is look at their surveillence cameras and apologize. I have shopped at that store for over 20 yrs. I counted them my friends. I go in about twice a week. Lindsay the manager said he would send me another dress did not happen. I went back in to the store thinking they were friends and we could get past this. It was obvious every clerk immediately expeced a show down, apparently I am now the "witch from hell" instead of greeting me normally. I am not like that. In fact, I went back in because I originally believe Lindsay and thought they would look at the tapes and realized they had made a mistake and we could all be friends again. I shared it with a friend and she said that something similar happened to her in that store a few months back. When I went into the store, I did not realize my friend was there also. Apparently she had talked with Lindsay about the deal. Lindsay told her she had talked to Carolyn and she believe her (and not me the customer). And that she just did not know how to make me happy. Seriously. I hate conflict and expected the manager to keep her word. It is simple. DO NOT ACCUSE ME OF STEALING A DRESS. Look at the tape and realize you made a mistake and apologize so we can all be friends again.
