My wife is a loyal customer of Chico’s and gets all of her jeans there. Today 10/20/26 we drove to the store and got in the door around 2pm. As soon as we arrived, two women employees started dragging displays from one side to the other and the noise was loud and screeching. We looked at each other in astonishment and said we are out of here. They sure didn’t care either.

$7 return fee on $60 order. Fabric quality has changed on ribbed tank.

Their computer doubled my order, i.e. I ordered one of several items, and their computer put in and charged me for 2 of each item. I realized when I read their confirmation email that their system had made a mistake, and called their customer service line to report the mistake. They told me my order was being processed and there was nothing they could do about it. This was only FIVE MINUTES after I placed the order. I have since tried calling customer service 5 times trying to reach a supervisor, waiting a total of 4.5 hours on hold. If they responded like a legitimate company, one could see this as a mistake, but their refusal to even allow a customer to talk about the problem amounts to deliberate fraud!

Terrible customer service. Purchased many hundreds of dollars in merchandise over the past few months. Several shirts got small holes in them after the first washing. They refuse to even acknowledge much less do anything about it washed inside out, cold water, delicate cycle and they are total junk. Worse than Walmart tshirts. No wonder they were on sale. Beware of Chicos sales they are just trying to dump crap on you and they don’t stand behind it.

Very disappointing with Chico's lately. Quality has dropped and the prices have gotten way to expensive.

This company abuses emailing lists. It is impossible to unsubscribe and you are deluged with emails.

Totally disgusted. Trying to sort out what I was told in the store with what is reflected online. Store cannot help and suggested I call Customer Service. Maybe there is no Customer Service. Tried repeatedly to reach them during advertised hours of operation but no one ever picked up after recorded messages. Waited 15 minutes each time. Pretty much my entire wardrobe is from Chico’s and has been for several years. That will change, starting now.

I recently bought four linen t-shirts from Chico's, and two of them didn't even make it through the first wash. I am nothing short of obsessive when it comes to my laundry, so those t-shirts were washed inside-out, in mesh laundry bags, with Ivory Snow baby detergent, and in my impellor (no agitator) washer. And then they were line-dried on hangers. Obsessive. Yet despite all this TLC, they both came out of the wash with holes. I haven't worn/washed the other two t-shirts yet, but I am not hopeful... I will not make the mistake of buying from Chico's again.
