I am a fan of this place, last week I order 6 chicken sandwiches drinks & fries trough drive thru , they forgot to give 2 of my sandwiches, i called and I was told to come by to get it,so i came today but i had the worse customer service ever! this heavy set women by the name Isabel give a very nasty attitude,make me feel like i was begging her for food. this happened in the Culver City location by the 405 & Jefferson. for sure I will not be going back there.

So bad, I want to post the photo I took for chicken nuggets, but don't know how. Anyway it was so bad. Location is Charlotte airport.

Great restaurant with great food and great work ethic! In a world where having time off to spend with family isn't always easy, at least there is one day a week that this company focuses on encouraging time with family. Been going here for a long time and really enjoy the food. Love the new Mac and cheese as well. If I have anything negative to say, I miss the great Cole slaw that they used to serve!

The frosted coffee is a must!!! The food quality has been consistent every time. I can always count on amazing food and friendly staff.

Always a great experience at Chick-fil-a. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The food is ridiculously good! It's sad to admit, but we eat here at least twice per week. It's just hard not to! Love using the app with the rewards, news, etc. The perks of being a Red Member are fantastic. Keep it up, Chick!

Not only do they know how to do chicken- their employees know how to treat the customers with Respect and are very helpful -PLUS they have the best manners ever! Only place I go to get my chicken tenders! Highly recommended.. And they give their employees break on Sunday! 👏 Bravo!

Ate at the Myr airport today. I had a chicken biscuit for breakfast. The chicken. Was good but the biscuit was the worst I have ever eaten.
