food is horrible. chicken nuggets were disgusting and they made my stomach hurt really bad

chill people just cause they made a little mistake doesn't mean there worth like 2 stars! They work there hardest to make us all happy and you people are out there giving 2 stars when they work THERE BUTT off so your happy! They have been so kind to my family giving us free stuff because we actually appreciate them! And there hard work to make us all happy, so next time you review this place please be aware of how HARD they work to make you happy when you visit!

WE LOVE THIS PLACE! LOL Wow!! I was, for most of my adult life, not a fan of chicken. My wife loves chicken, always has. During our marriage she'd go to Chick Fil-a with our son and I'd stay home because I just didn't care for chicken. One day she convinced me to try it. I had the Spicy Chicken sandwich. Seriously, I'm not exaggerating, this is one of my top 5 things to eat now in all the world!! I love it. The fries, the lemonade, the uber-friendly and clean-cut staff who bend over backwards to make sure you're happy and have anything you need. You never leave the store without being offered a drink refill. Just wow. If you haven't tried this place, grab someone you love and get going. It's THAT good.

Chick fil-a store #03060/ 0perator Scott Brickhouse drive thru 5512312. Has consistently shorted me food. I used to brag about Chick fil-a but no more. If you go through the drive thru stop and check your order. The service stinks bigtime!

Best fast food restaurant going! The sammichs are great, and the waffle fries to die for.

We eat at Cick Fil a once a week and love the food. Normally the system handles the crowds well. Today, we stopped at the Ocala, fl location. This is the first location that we've encountered the system utilizing one register and next to it an area where all the food and drinks are provided. What an abortion!!! In there effort to increase volume thru the store they have created a large bottleneck. Drinks set out with no indication of who they belong to. Condiments are behind the counter and not readily available. People standing in a group waiting for their orders and with the increased volume thru the line.....no place to sit.!!! I'm surprised based on our past experiences that the company has now introduced such a system that makes it more difficult for customers to get and enjoy their meal. We left with head aches and will never return to this location.

Food is great, customer service not that good. Was at the one at university Blvd Odessa and my kid and other kids where playing in the play area and they had some balls out . One of the employees was complaining about the kids playing with the balls. Well the way I see it , if they don’t like the kids playing with them why have the balls in there in the first place. They could of waited for the kids to get out before ruining the fun for them..

Chick-Fil-A is an awesome company with great food. I love the service and friendly faces always smiling. Unfortunately the only time I am able to go to Chick-Fil-A is when I go to work, which I am not able to do often since I don't leave early enough and only have a 30 min lunch. When I found out that I could order Chick-Fil-A with DoorDash, I was excited, but last night this happened: I placed an order last with doordash, and there was an error and I immediately cancelled the order and waited about 10min checked status on the order, and it showed unable to find, so I placed another order. I was charged for both. I sent an email requesting a refund and this is what I receive: Hi Pamela, Thanks for contacting DoorDash and I appreciate you bringing the matter to our attention. Upon checking on our end, Unfortunately, since the restaurant has already prepared the food and we have assigned a Dasher to this order, we’re unable to provide any refunds. Please let me know if you need further assistance. Really Doordash? It had only been seconds from placing the order and cancelling the order. I know Chick-Fil-A is fast, but not that fast. There should not be an option to cancel, if this is how things are done!!! I will never use this service again. Sorry Chick-Fil-A, I won't be ordering with you guys either since the only way for me to do that is with DoorDash. Chick-Fil-A, maybe you should think about going with one of these other companies, especially since it doesn't seem DoorDash customer service does not align with Chick-Fil-A's awesome customer service. Thanks for letting me vent.
