So we stop at store # 00494 Tuscaloosa al took 25 minutes in drive thru with both lights green but they were only using 1 and no I'm sorry for your wait no thank you for our money no have a nice day no anything from Adam that took our money. The lady that took our order was nice but that was it there were a lot of wmployees walking atound doing absolutely NOTHING There were several drive offs while we were in line and the line was wrapped around the building that was the worse and even worse than McDonalds I never thought I would say that about chick fil a, I would have put zero stars but u have to put 1 to add a review apparently.

I cane to Chick-fil-A in March,5,2020 and I came to the Waldorf location my dad work at Taco Bell I love Chick-fil-A but I never coming back I came to kid yelling and the kid won’t stop coming up to the glass why I eating these kids are trying to fight each outer and their parent won’t stop I work for the school bord and kids don’t work with people like this ( THIS HAPPEN EVER SINGLE THIME I AM TIERED I NEVER GOING BACK I DONT RECMED CHICK FUL LAY TI NO ONE)

Sometimes slow, but shoutout to John @ the FSU on campus chick fil a. Dude works 5 times harder than his peers and is extremely nice

Julio is so rude to me. He threw my food into my car and stuck his tounge out at me. He the proceeds to steal my change and flip me off.

The food is great and you must have their lemonade. The staff there is nice and always ready to help. Didn't give a 5 because on many of their meals, they don't offer substitutes unless you pay more, even if you get something less of what was already in. For example: Medium fry for a fruit cup with the diameter of your fingers when you touch the tips of your thumb and index.

The Chick fil A on Copans and Federal in Pompano Beach just can’t get my order right. For the last 4 years, I can count on 1 hand how many times they have given me what I ordered, and paid for, and I go there quite often. To be fair, I do always order extra things with my food but I must have spent a solid $50 on things that I didn’t receive; for example, extra cheese, or the regular sandwich instead of the deluxe, or a regular 4 piece nuggets instead of 8 grilled ones. It’s pretty far from my home so I am never able to go back and get what I ordered so I have been checking it in the restaurant, now. However, getting someone’s attention when it turns out to be wrong is just as difficult. Some things you can’t check at the restaurant - like honey butter on my chicken biscuit instead of regular butter. Things like that I have to find out when I get home that it’s wrong.. Just overall disappointed in the level of accuracy that this CFA provides to their customers and all the money I can’t back back that I’ve just handed them in return for nothing.

Ugh went to Chick-Fil-A off Kingery Highway. Ordered my son a chicken sandwich. Half way threw the sandwich my baby pulling a long piece of hair out his mouth. 🤦🏾‍♀️
