Chick Fil-A cancelled our order that was to be delivered by Grub Hub 15 minutes after it was to be delivered...They sent us a text stating Order Cancelled...... Zero Customer Service.

THIS IS FOR THE STORE IN THE ALTAMONTE SPRINGS MALL IN FLORIDA. I HAD THE PLEASURE OF SPEAKING TO THE MANAGER TYLER AND SOME OF THE WORKERS HERE. THEY EVEN BROUGHT THE FOOD TO OUR TENNIS COURTS AT OUR COMMUNITY. THEY ARE SUCH GREAT PEOPLE, AND SO POLITE AND CARING. THEY BRING THE FOOD OUT TO YOU FROM THE MALL, AND THERE FOOD IS GREAT . WE ARE FORTUNATE TO HAVE SUCH A WONDERFUL FAST FOOD EATERY IN OUR AREA. GREAT JOB, POLITE, AND VERY GREAT SERVICE! GOD BLESS!

I love it i went today and the person that took the order was sweet and he even asked how much sauce would u like and u can even swich a toy for ice cream and it taste like heaven and when you're sad get the soda it is strong and this is my dream job and i will be good at the job for sure thank u the person that own the place u did a good job u r the best😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😘😘😘😘😘😘😘👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😄😄😄😄

I thought Chick-fil-A was a Christian company that with Christian with Christian morals.as I realize I applied for Chick-fil-A for driver helper job I won't lie because I am too learning to stand by Bible principles I am a convicted felon that had a strong background to be a driver assistant with Chick-fil-A went through all the interviews with flying colors and was moved forward to do a background check of my MVR as I did the background check next thing I know they told me they have stronger candidates and that multiple reasons are why they are going with other candidates what hurt was I kind of asked for what disqualified me and the email that I received was as I told you before there are multiple reasons my thing is why take me through the whole four interviews tell me that you like me tell me that you want to hire me Tell me those good things and then when you do a background check I guess you see that when I was 20 years old I made a bad decision and now that I'm 37 with a five kids and a wife and have worked multiple jobs with driver assistance from a claim to Reinhardt to national DC BCP and it had referrals of all my bosses bosses that spoke highly of me to not only get rejected I wish that Chick-fil-A would speak stand more on their Christian morals which comes from the biggest thing is forgiveness and second chances I only ask for opportunity because I heard it was a great company and they take care of the employees The sad thing is is the hardest thing to be employee when you being judged because of your past and I this is the second of review that I have wrote on Chick-fil-A and it will be many more because it really hurt my heart because I I even sent letters telling them thank you for the opportunity and thank you for you know with the interviews so I just want Chick-fil-A to understand that there's people out here that yes that will pass but nothing at the same person anymore and they're giving them a chance to work for that company reprove very beneficial thank you

The Chick-fil-a near me forgot the chick-fil-a sauce, fries, and the straws. There was also teenagers working at the restaurant.

Ordered on the Chick-Fil-A app for curbside service at Montgomery Eastchase today and did not receive my food until 40 mins later and asking twice for it. Told there was a technical issue and the kitchen was getting the order but the front couldn't see it. All of the people outside working couldn't see that none of the curbside cars were moving? My lunch is only 30 minutes long so had to take 30 minutes extra. Very costly lunch today.
