Always fresh!!

Excellent Cuisine. So my son, my uncle and my brother Jim were all in the mood for some yummy fried chicken. They suggested to me that we check out the local KFC or Chicken Cottage. I said "NO" This time we shall be attending the great Chick Fil a and they were not disappointed no sir. Jim even stated that he would never doubt my integrity in regards to recommending restaurants ever again. A fine establishment with a great business model. I shall be returning with my family soon, hungry for more.

Excellent food and drinks. I love Chick Fil A. Becareful you might have hired some spitters at a few of your locations.

I absolutely love their food and they were fast

I had to wait for an hour to never get my food. Disappointing.

We stopped at the Fort Payne, Alabama facility at about 2 pm on Thursday, March 12. I don't usually leave reviews but just really wanted to just say this place was special the minute we went through the doors. We were immediately greeted by the young gentleman behind the counter in a very pleasant way. He was made for this job. This doesn't happen often when eating fast food. We ordered chicken sandwiches, of course, and they were awesome. This restaurant is super clean and organized. We are from New York State and there aren't any Chic-Fil-A close to where we live. Keep up the good work and don't change a thing. Thank You. Dorthy and Jim

I had a Chick-fil-A Sandwich last week it was horrible half the amount of chicken tough and overcooked. This week I tried it again to see if it was a mistake it was just as bad.
