I went to a chick-f-la in Texas which I got a Breakfast chicken bowl and it was AMAZING and then I came back to Knoxville TN and ordered that here and it was so disappointing. Let me explain how Texas bowl was. The bottom layered in potato bites, 2nd layer was eggs with cheese and chicken on top with a little more cheese. Hot cheese melted and delicious. Tennessees was 6 potatoes, a few eggs with a little bit of chicken and a pinch of cheese. We got 2 of them and it had less then the other. If I am going to pay good money for Chick food I want up to par standards. That was RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your email contact customer service SUCKS! I purchase $100 worth of gift cards and giving my rewards number I should get credit for it. I have in the past, so why aren't you able to again? DOESN'T make sense. Thanks for the timely response...NOT.

All I can say is Chick Fil-a in Cedar Hill, Tx on 1382. Is the best restaurant, with Top of the line workers with Excellent customer service! Every time we go the servers are absolutely polite! These are school kids! I can tell what's instilled in them. You will know who they are by their love. ( Chick Fil-a)... Awesome! Awesome! If you have gotten treated bad by Walmart, Whataburger, or a lot of other locals. Just go to Chick Fil-a a. They will reassure you that everyone does not have a "brick fall on your toe customer service as Walmart..You will leave with a smile and the right order(KFC)..Love Chick Fil-a!!!

They are pretty awesome. The chicken is very tender.

Excellent customer service & good food

I have only been to a Chick Fil maybe 6 times and only once have they gotten may order right. It not that the food is bad it just isn't the food I wanted.

The food is really good, but I heard they are against blacks and LGBTQ and I can't accept that in our modern times.

This company wrote the book on fast service. The use of double drive thru and curbside pickup make them the fastest in Central Florida. They are exceptional servicing the food; which is by the way delicious!!! Extremely clean and careful following CDC guidelines in this COVID era. Kudos!!!
