Will never eat at another one. They claim to be Christian based. That’s baloney. They don’t support our Law Enforcement🤬 They will not get anymore of my business. They’ve really hurt themselves.

This company openly supports discrimination against both the Black Community and the LGBTQ community. I cannot in good faith support such a company through my business. I will therefor no longer purchase anything at this company, which purports to be based on Christian values. While Chic fil-A may say they do not discriminate, their actions and money speak louder than their words. They employ generally good people, but I cannot support the causes they support. I'm hoping their corporate culture would change, but am not holding my breath.

I will never eat or support Chick Fila again after their Back the Blue they bowed down and said it wasn't their uniform but yet told BLM that white people should have to shine black peoples shoes for slavery back 100 years ago! Get with it! I'm not guilty of slavery and I won't be held accountable, if you think you are then you get to shine'n. I won't be back and I was a daily customer but not any more!!

I went to the one on 2711 N. Belt line Rd. Irving, Tx. The service there has always been good they’re extremely nice but on this particular day 4/29/20 the food wasn’t good. It made me and my family sick and I called or emailed the office they said we will have one of the managers give you call back. I have yet to receive a call or refund. The food tasted almost spoiled on this particular day. I ate a few bites thinking maybe it’s just me but later on I was sick to my stomach

Waited in a very long line finally get the order placed (the order was $40). 2 meals ordered came with a mustard sauce. When order was originally placed asked for it to be noted on the order not to forget the sauces and it was. Food was brought to us and I asked if the sauces were in the bag employee promises that the mustard sauce that is apart of 2 of the meals and the Polynesian sauce we asked for were in the bottom of the bag. Dropped the food of to my wife and her co workers and no sauces were in the bag and the food was cold. Dont waste ur time with the rufe snow location. Your better off going anywhere else!

Today my hubby and I were in the very long line for the drive-thru At Chick fil a on Seigen Lane in Baton Rouge. I was a bit worn out by the time for us to order and not in the best mood. Our server Kelsey was there ready to help, with a smile on her face and a wonderful attitude. Thank you, Kelly, for changing my attitude!

Always great customer service. Their sauce is to die for
