We purchased flea and tick preventative for the animals in our rescue group. It always hits the pocket book, but the prices at Chewy.com were some of the best we saw after shopping around. In addition, the service was top notch. The chat was very helpful. I would recommend anyone to shop on Chewy.com and will be a returning customer!

Desperate for something to calm my kitty down, I hoped I would not run out before the packages arrived. So much cheaper than at the pet goods shop! Like a religious holiday, the new packages arrived just in time!

I recently had adopted a shelter dog and was to pick him up just after Thanksgiving but tragically the kennel cough he left the shelter with turned into pneumonia and he died before i could bring him home. He died the very day that a big order of doggie stuff from Chewy's was to arrive. I called customer service sobbing and explained what had happened and they were SO incredible!! They told me to just refuse the order and they took it right back and credited my account. In today's mail i got a beautiful sympathy card. That is really above and beyond the call of duty. When i get another dog i will definitely buy everything from Chewy.com and will always recommend them. These folks really CARE!!
