I received a $10 gift card in my November BarkBox and decided to check chewy out. The site is super easy to navigate, and they had tons of great sales. Prices were comparable to pet stores, and in many cases even lower. I spent the $50 to get free shipping which usually means you're stuck waiting a week or so for your delivery, but my order arrived the very next day! Great first experience, I will definitely be back!

I had an issue with a dog food that I thought I would switch my dog to because I ran out of our good brand Fromm. We noticed that our dog was biting and licking at her feet. A light bulb went off in our heads and said it had to be because we went off the Fromm dog food and we had to switch her back. In order for us to get Fromm dog food we have to drive over 45 minutes. I googled the Fromm dog food brand and Chewy.com came up. First of all my motto is "you get what you pay for". Chewy.com is worth every penny spent for the food BUT what I love even better is that if you spend over a certain amount you get free shipping. Dog food is HEAVY so I cannot imagine paying to ship this and YES I will be ordering from this company again. Thank-you for the great service Chewy.com!

Fussie Cat is only carried at one Pet Store in our area and it is on the outskirts of town and I don't drive, so to find Fussie Cat at Chewy was wonderful...I ordered it and it arrived the very next day. The delivery man brought it in the house and it was a very pleasant shopping experience. My cat thanks you!!

I have ordered from one of your competitors in the past, which has been fine, but they're unit price took a big jump. You offered free shipping under 49.99 and your price was right and I don't have to haul that 30lb bag of dog food from the car into the house. Thank you!

This was a wonderfully handled purchase. Shipment was on its way in record time. My only complaint is that the vendor you had delivery my product dropped in off in an open driveway.......unprotected from the elements, etc. This is food......should never be left in the open and unprotected. That will be my concern in continuing with this vendor.
