Have never had a problem with an order. Great company, decent prices and good customer service. Know several people and neighbors who order from them all the time, too.

BEWARE! I placed an order that should have cost me $37.43. They charged my account $53.05. I contacted Chewy (don't know about you but I work hard for my money). The girl informed me that I needed to have my bank on the line to talk to them (yeah right!). So, needless to say they have not only taken out the $53.05, but they will also be taking out the $37.43. They refused to pay me the difference. I've contacted my bank and am submitting a fraud claim. Chewy may seem like it's a great place to buy pet supplies (they even had me fooled), but taking my money and refusing to pay me back is nothing more than fraud and they are NOT going to get away with it.

Chewy has been the best company to purchase from. Very easy to manage and update autoship options. Prices are very competitive and they worked with my vet to help me get prescriptions for my older dog at a fraction of the cost. Shipping is always on time and customer service is excellent. Highly recommend!!!

Highly Recommend!! Chewy.com is the absolute best! I have been a regular customer using autoship for a few years now and I do not know how I ever did without it! But, my sweet Daisy passed away a few days ago after 14 years with my family. I wrote chewy to ask about returning an unopened bottle of Cosequin and they not only refunded my entire last autoship purchase, but sent flowers with a very nice and thoughtful note enclosed. I will donate the Cosequin to a local rescue. I am certain there will be another fur baby in our future sometime soon and I will definitely contact Chewy.com whenever that happens. Thanks to a great customer oriented company!!!

How about sending coupons to your customers who have been with you for years! Rather than only offering them to new customers who normally will only spend a small amount, versus your regular customers who spend large amounts of money every month!!!

Chewy is the absolute best!!! I've been doing my dogs' food on autoship for a couple years now. It saves me from having to make a special trip 20 minutes into town for their food. Their customer service is top notch and all my orders ship insanely quickly.
