First time customer. I was trying to receive the 25% off offer for 1st time customer. Service rep. said there was no such discount. I read it to her word for word from the website!!!!! VERY frustrating & VERY poor customer service rep!

Chewy👏👏👏 I am very thankful for your kindness. My dog just recently passed away and we had forgotten to cancel our automatic dog food shipment. I called and explained the situation and was planning to return the dog food. The customer service representative was very friendly, helpful and sincere in her sympathy for our loss. She refunded our money and made me cry when she said to donate the dog food in our sweet Ella’s name. On top of that, two days later I received a beautiful flower bouquet with a sweet note. I am thoroughly impressed by their kindness and sweet gesture. Kindness goes such a long way and it meant a great deal to my family. Thank you Chewy!❤️

I HATE Chewy ! Utilizing this company has been the biggest waste of time! Why invest so much in advertisement and so little in customer satisfaction? They literally declined my purchase twice and simply said sorry. Not, let us make this right, not let us try to help you correctly place this order, NOTHING! The one representative called me to tell me that my order was canceled and said if you want to place the order again I can place you on hold and you can do so with another customer service representative….. I’m sorry but my time is limited & valuable! I’ve spent more time placing the same order and speaking to their agents this week than I have any other company regarding their meds in the 7 years that I’ve had my dogs !

Like me, I am sure a lot of you are frustrated with the customer service we are expected to accept these days. It is a rare company that even responds to inquiries anymore. I would like to acknowledge the caring and wonderful experience we just had with “Chewy.com”. As many of you know, our pup Teddy recently passed. I contacted Chewy to see if I could return a case of his special diet food that I had just ordered. I explained that he had just passed. Not only did they give me a full refund for the entire order (including food for our other pup & a box of Greenies). They didn’t ask that I return any of the items. That case of food will instead benefit the local shelter. They topped it off with a delivery today of the following with a lovely condolence card. After this I cannot imagine buying my pet supplies anywhere else from now on.

My little dog was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure, a condition that could be deadly at any time. She was prescribed 4 meds. When I presented the REFILL request to my regular pharmacy, they could only refill 3 that were also for people. The 4th med was for animals only. Chewy.com advertises all 4 meds with shipping. One med was needed ASAP. I asked to have it shipped overnight and gave them the info to transfer RX refills and my Credit Card for payment. Chewy Customer Service said "no problem". Complaints: Today is a week and it never arrived! My dog has had 2 seizures the past 2 days! I've called Chewy several times everyday. I was assured that they were correcting the problem right then and there. The Rx transfer process seems to elude them. Fax will not help. Rx's need to be phoned Pharmacist to Pharmacist. Shipping cannot be overnight, not even for an additional charge? Even the "New Customer First Order Discount" was ignored, but my credit card was charged. Some Customer Service persons get testy. They possibly have more complaints about fulfillment problems than meets the eye.

Amazing customer service! I ordered a cat toy which was not the best so I posted an honest non angry review and I received an apology email and my account was automatically credited for the product without having to return it. Love this company and their prices and fast service

My call was answered on the first ring by a woman named Destiny. I was needing info on the status of my dog food order since it was running late. Destiny sent another order my way free of charge since tracking was acting odd on her end, and also refunded a portion of my original order so I could buy a small bag of food from the store to hold over my goldendoodle.

I have been using Chewy for almost 10 yrs. My Boxer Boy has lots of "issues" and it is so much cheaper to obtain his food & meds thru them than my vet. Anytime I have had an issue, a treat my dog refused to eat, a mixed up auto ship, product delivery.... it's always been handled in the most cheerful, helpful manner. The customer service of this site is second to none!!!! I will remain a faithful customer to Chewy as long as I have a pet!!!
