Was seriously surprised to read so many negative reviews, however, I do agree the customer service could be better and high shipping cost of $13.00 which Fedex SmartPost was used for a small box of cookies/cupcakes combo. However, though it took 10 days to get from Ohio to California, the cookies were tasty, fresh, soft and delicious as were the cupcakes. Was surprised since figured they'd be dry and stale taking that long to arrive but was pleasantly surprised.

Don't fall for their con game of Passport shipping. They will try to tack on shipping cost even when you have paid for Passport.

Do not buy from them. The cookies I had sent at the beginning of the month have not yet been delivered and shipping was expensive. When I talk to customer service all they do is tell me that the cookies will be delivered the next day. Terrible service.

Wish we could give a zero star. I do not recommend upgrading or paying for expedited shipping on your orders. We bought a platter and picked for it to be delivered on a certain day and payed extra for it to find out the order is not going to arrive on time. We called the company And spoke to customer service. They were not helpful wouldn't give us money back for the extra shipping cost we had to pay for it to be delivered this was for a funeral so upset that it is not going to be delivered before the service.

Their customer portal account setup is awful. I paid $19.99 for Passport Celebrations renewal for a year in order to not have to pay shipping, and the last order I made WOULD NOT REFLECT that I was a member. Ridiculous and typical of past experiences I've had with this company. The only company from which I order that has all too often glitches. I had to get an online customer rep to subtract the shipping charge even though it shows in my account that I paid the freaking Passport membership on Sept. 3, 2023. My Visa card shows the charge! The online chat rep today wanted me to call a number to waste more of my time instead of easily fixing the mistake!

I ordered cookies for my friends birthday. On the 21sr of jun and still not shipped as of 24th. I called and they are saying the should ship and arrive on the 3rd of July. They are being shipped from Columbus ohio and being shipped to Loudonville Ohio. Called customer service and nothing done . So don’t expect delivery time for a special event because they won’t arrive in time.

Honestly, the employee I placed the order with was very nice and accommodating. At first it was a bit frustrating, but he was just following the company's rules. As far as for the cookies, DON'T waste your money. they are very dry and not much flavor. Their shipping is very expensive.

I've used Cheryl's as gifts 5 times prior and never had a problem until this time. The website automatically updated the address to be incorrect and also a coupon I had didn't apply. I immediately canceled the order but never got my money back. I have been back and forth with Cheryl's on multiple email threads and called them several times to the point I was screaming at the CS rep and all they do is tell me that they canceled my order, however the money is not being released back to my PayPal account. It is still being held. Cheryl's tells me it's PayPal's problem. I have also been on the phone with PayPal, ans per PayPal, the vendor (Cheryls) needs to void the transaction on their side but they won't do it no matter how many emails I write. Nor will they send me an official cancellation confirmation so technically I never cancelled my order. One CS rep sent me one she typed up herself to try to appease me. So now I am stuck with no order and lost money thanks to Cheryl's because their outsourced Indian customer service reps are USELESS and repeats the same script they've been given over and over again with zero actual problem solving. PayPal has told me worst case scenario that I can go back and dispute this in 30 days which I find to be absolute BS, because returning my money simply through a click of a button is too much work for Cheryl's to do from their side.
