Wow, really appreciate you taking the time to share this! Love hearing how well it’s working for you—especially the “no freezer burn” results. That’s exactly what we designed Chef Preserve to do, and it’s great to know the compact size and easy cleanup are making it even better to use day to day. Thanks again for the recommendation and support!

We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. If your Chef Preserve vacuum sealer stopped working, we're happy to help. All of our vacuum sealers are backed by a 2-year warranty, and we'd be glad to replace any defective unit. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your information. As for the $5 chat charge and the additional $43 billing, that was not from Chef Preserve. We do not charge customers for support, have never asked customers to pay to chat with us, and would never do so. It sounds like you may have contacted a third-party company that is not affiliated with Chef Preserve. We're very sorry this happened and would love the opportunity to help. Please contact us at [email protected] or provide your order information so we can assist you.

We're very sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. We do try to troubleshoot first because many issues can often be resolved with a simple fix, saving customers the time and hassle of waiting for a replacement. In your case, Kaitlyn had also requested some additional information and a shipping address confirmation, but we didn't hear back. That said, we didn't want you waiting any longer, so we went ahead and sent a replacement vacuum sealer, which has since been delivered. We also wanted to clarify that Kaitlyn is a real member of our customer support team. We do not use AI to handle customer service conversations—every email is answered by a real person who is genuinely trying to help resolve the issue. We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by this experience and hope the replacement is working well for you. If there's anything further we can do, please let us know.
